Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Schaefer Wordsmithing offers no physical products eligible for return.

Refunds

The majority of services offered are paid for upon completion of the work requested. Payment is only due once a draft has been received and approved. If the draft work is unsatisfactory, Schaefer Wordsmithing will take whatever steps are necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Only once the final, approved version of the work is received is a non-refundable payment due.

However, if you have pre-purchased services and you are unsatisfied with the work received, even after repeated attempts to accommodate your wishes, we will process a refund request and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again. Transfers may not show up immediately.
  2. Contact your credit card company—t may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@schaeferwordsmithing.com.

Gifts

Gift cards are ineligible for refunds.
